You can top up your wallet via M-Pesa. Go to your Account tab, click 'Top Up', enter the amount (USD or KES), and provide your M-Pesa phone number. We'll send an STK push directly to your phone. Funds are typically added instantly after you enter your PIN.
To maintain security and escrow services, we charge small fees: 2.5% on deposits & withdrawals, 1% on tips, and 2.5% on fan subscriptions. Bookings include a 10% fee paid by the client to cover insurance and mediation.
When a client releases funds for a booking, they enter a mandatory 24-hour clearing window. This period allows for final safety verification. Once the 24 hours expire, the funds are automatically finalized and added to the creator's wallet. You can see the countdown timer on your booking details.
If a service is not fulfilled as agreed, you can 'Raise a Dispute' before the funds are released. This freezing the escrow, and a platform admin will investigate and mediate the resolution.
Subscribing to a creator unlocks their private feed, including exclusive photos and videos. You also get a direct line for messaging and priority booking requests. Most creators offer Daily, Weekly, and Monthly plans.
Currently, subscriptions are one-time payments for the chosen duration (e.g., 30 days for Monthly). You'll be notified when your subscription is about to expire so you can choose to renew manually if you wish.
Verification is a manual process to ensure authenticity. Creators can apply for verification by submitting ID documentation and proof of identity through the dashboard. Once approved, the blue badge is displayed prominently on your profile.
No. Your phone number, email, and private data are never shared with other users. All communication and payments happen through our secure in-app systems.
